From inner struggle to confidence and fulfillment
My own journey wasn’t always smooth. Despite a successful career and a vibrant personal life, I often felt unfulfilled and out of balance. The pressures of leadership and motherhood created uncertainty and frustration:
- The constant drive to perform led to exhaustion and a lack of true satisfaction.
- I kept pushing myself to improve without pausing to reflect if those new skills truly aligned with me.
- Uncertainty about my roles—both at work and at home—caused internal conflicts and stress.
- Meeting external expectations left me feeling disconnected from what truly mattered.
At some point, I knew: it was time to take back the reins and redefine leadership on my own terms. The result? A profound transformation—I rediscovered my inner strength and essence, which became my guiding compass.
Leadership begins within: returning to your core
I had always known that leadership starts from within. But now, I understood it on a much deeper level—one that embraced not just skills and strategies but also the undercurrents of emotions, self-doubt, and deeply rooted patterns.

After more than 15 years in leadership roles and over a decade of coaching senior management, I saw the same patterns repeat: leaders achieving results but feeling disconnected. Leaders trapped in expectations, struggling not to lose themselves along the way.
That’s why, in 2021, I founded Livewire by Haike—to guide leaders back to their essence so they don’t just achieve success, but also experience clarity, peace, and fulfillment. To help them lead from who they truly are, in a way that extends far beyond themselves—into their teams, their organizations, their families, and the world around them.
