This Privacy Statement governs the processing of personal data by BV Livewire by Haike, trading under the name “Livewire by Haike”, with registered office at 2920 Kalmthout, Ericalaan 10, registered in the CBE and VAT register under number BE 0766.692.849, IBAN BE58 7350 5915 0079, e-mail haike@livewire.be, URL https://www.livewire.be. Unless otherwise stated, BV Livewire by Haike/Haike Van Dyck is the data controller for the personal data we collect and to which this Privacy Statement applies.
By providing your personal data on the website and leaving your e-mail address via the contact form, you declare that you have read this Privacy Statement and agree to its content.

Livewire by Haike complies with the Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, as amended by the Act of 11 December 1998, as well as the anti-spam provisions of Book XII of the Economic Law Code concerning the right of the electronic economy.
Through this Privacy Policy, Livewire by Haike is fully compliant with the European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR).
2. Personal Data
2.1. The personal data you provide to us may reach us in the following ways:
Category 1: without registration: your IP address;
Category 2: filling in the contact form: all fields in the form, as well as your IP address;
Category 3: via cookies.
2.2. Livewire by Haike may collect your personal data in different ways:

when you fill in the contact form.

We may also receive information about you from other sources, including third parties, such as partners with whom we jointly offer services or conduct marketing activities. Data received from third parties is protected in the same way as described in this Privacy Statement.
3. Purposes of Processing
3.1. General Purposes
Livewire by Haike will use your personal data only for the following purposes:
Category 1: optimizing the website through anonymous statistics, from which the identity of specific persons or companies cannot be determined, based on Livewire by Haike’s legitimate interests in continuously improving its website and services;
Category 2: contacting you following the completion of the contact form on the website, which implies your prior consent;
Category 3: improving the user experience and for statistical purposes (see further), provided that you have given your explicit prior consent.
3.2. Sharing Data with Third Parties
The personal data you provide will not be sold or shared with third parties, except for external service providers who perform services such as website management and hosting, training delivery, processing billing data, and e-mail communication. In those cases, your data will only be shared to the extent necessary to complete a registration or deliver services you have authorized, and only with persons working on our behalf for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement.

4. Duration of Processing
Personal data will be stored and processed for the period necessary depending on the purposes of the processing and the contractual relationship between Livewire by Haike and you. Certain data may be retained longer (up to 5 years), for example to meet legal and accounting requirements. After this period, the data will be irreversibly deleted.

You have the right to access your personal data free of charge at any time, as well as to know how we use it.

You are free to decide whether or not to provide your personal data to Livewire by Haike. In addition, you always have the right to ask us to correct, supplement or delete your data.
5.3. Right to Object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for serious and legitimate reasons.
5.4. Right to Data Portability
You have the right to obtain the personal data processed by Livewire by Haike in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and/or to transfer it to other controllers.
5.5. Right to Withdraw Consent
Where the processing is based on your prior consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent.

6.1. We take the processing of your personal data very seriously and strive to implement the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data and help prevent theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
6.2. In no event can Livewire by Haike be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the unlawful or improper use of personal data by a third party.
